• Owner’s Manual/Assembly Instructions Instructions: Your URB-E has been pre-assembled and only requires a few simple steps to get it ready for you to ride: 1. Remove all parts from the carton. Remove all inside cardboard protection and bubble wrap and locate the tool kit.
OPERATING PROCEDURES: YOUR FIRST URB-E RIDE: For your first URB-E ride, we recommend you go to an area away from cars, pedestrians, other cyclists, and potential hazards in order to practice and familiarize yourself with its controls and features. Do this until you are able to safely operate your URB-E.
Applying hand pressure to the brake lever will cause the wheel brake to cause friction against the brake disc, slowing the wheel. The more pressure applied, the faster the URB-E will come to a stop. Once you have eased off the throttle, pull the brake lever towards you to slow down and stop.
KICKSTAND: The URB-E’s “side stand” style kickstand has a single leg that flips out to one side, allowing the vehicle to lean against it. Do not sit on your URB-E with the kickstand in the down position. WARNING: DEPENDING UPON YOUR WEIGHT AND YOUR BODY’S POSITION...

HOW TO FOLD & UNFOLD YOUR : To open the URB-E from its folded, transportable position, hold the center of the handle bars firmly in one hand and with the other hand pull the seat outwards with some force. WARNING: LIFT UP ON THE HANDLEBARS TO GET THE LOCKING PIN TO SNAP INTO THE SLOT.
HOW TO FOLD YOUR To fold the URB-E back into the closed, transportable position, hold on to the handlebar with one hand and lift up on the seat to disengage the main LOCKING PIN. Using the handlebars for stability, tip the URB-E forward to let the rear swing arm collapse into the folded position.

To avoid pinch points, hold on to the handlebars with your free hand when folding your URB-E. To release a pinched finger or hand, unfold the URB-E or pull the seat outwards away from the swing arm just as you do when unfolding your URB-E.

PUSH THE SWING ARM INTO THE CRADLE. WARNING: THE ELECTRIC MOTOR ON THE FRONT WHEEL GETS VERY HOT WHILE RIDING YOU URB-E. DO NOT TOUCH THE MOTOR WITH ANY PART OF YOUR BODY WHILE RIDING OR FOLDING YOUR URB-E AND LET THE MOTOR COOL OFF AFTER RIDING BEFORE TOUCHING THE MOTOR.

Q. How far can I ride on an URB-E? A. On a full charge, the URB-E has a range of about 20 miles. Traveling up steep inclines will take more energy out of the battery, and is not recommended. Factors such as road surface, wind resistance and weight of the rider can also affect the URB-E’s range.
