Reset Functions

The following reset functions are available:
Network

You can restore the network settings, such as the password and IP address information, to factory
settings.
Address Book (ADS-2800W / ADS-3600W)

You can reset the Address Book setting.
 All Settings
You can restore all settings to factory settings.
We recommend performing this procedure before transferring, or disposing of, the machine.
NOTE
Unplug the interface cable before you select Network or All Settings.

Reset the Machine (ADS-2400N / ADS-3000N)

Open the front cover 1.

Do one of the following:
 Press for about five seconds until the machine beeps to reset the network.
 Press for about five seconds until the machine beeps to reset the IPsec.
 Press for about five seconds until the machine beeps to reset the periodic cleaning counter.
Press for about five seconds until the machine beeps to reset the pick-up roller counter.

