Do you have a question about the e-studio2309a and is the answer not in the manual?
Questions and answers
2-1 photoocopy does not work
The Toshiba e-STUDIO2309A photocopy function may not work due to several possible reasons:
1. Toner Depletion – If the toner has run out, replace the toner cartridge when the "TONER EMPTY" message appears on the LCD screen.
2. Copy Density Settings – If the copy image is too light or too dark, adjust the manual copy density mode accordingly.
3. Platen Cover or ADF Not Fully Lowered – Ensure the Platen Cover or Reversing Automatic Document Feeder is fully lowered to block outside light.
4. Dirty Original Glass or Platen Sheet – Clean the original glass or platen sheet to prevent stains on the copied image.
5. Use of Highly Transparent Originals – If copying overhead transparencies or tracing paper, place a blank plain sheet of the same size or larger over the original.
If the issue persists, further troubleshooting may be needed.
