In the past, the humidifier would make a loud noise when it was started. Now the loud noise continues. Is there something I can do to stop the loud noise?

The manual does not specifically mention solutions for loud noise. However, you can try the following general troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure the humidifier is placed on a flat, stable surface. 2. Check if the water tanks are correctly seated in the base. 3. Make sure the water level is sufficient. 4. Clean the ultrasonic nebulizer and filters to remove any buildup. 5. Inspect for any loose parts or obstructions in the air outlet.
If the noise persists, refer to the warranty for support or contact customer service.

The Air Innovations MH-801B will continue running as long as there is water in at least one of the tanks. If the unit is only using water from the left tank while the right tank remains full, possible causes include:
1. Blockage or improper sealing – The right tank cap may not be tightened properly, preventing water from flowing. 2. Airlock in the right tank – Air trapped in the tank could be stopping water from flowing into the base. 3. Faulty water sensor or uneven placement – If the unit is not level, water may not be evenly distributed between the tanks.
Possible solutions: - Check and securely tighten the right tank cap. - Remove and reattach the right tank to release any airlock. - Ensure the unit is placed on a level surface.
