Hi, I **** struggling to remove old paired devices from my parrot ck3100, I have tried to go into advanced settings and clicking on the device but no delete option comes up, a message of 'memory full' comes up when I try to pair my phone but the memory in the settings says it's empty. I have tried to reset it by holding all 3 buttons at the same time and it beeps but nothing happens.
You can remove old paired devices from your Parrot CK3100 in the following ways:
1. Manually Delete Devices:
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth > Paired Devices.
- Select the phone you want to remove.
- Press the center knob, scroll down to "delete", and press the GREEN button to confirm.
- Repeat for all unnecessary paired devices.
2. Reprogram the CK3100:
- Update the CK3100 with the latest Parrot firmware (V5.00c).
