IMPORTANT: To use the heater immediately WITHOUT the 24-hour timer functionality, make sure
all the tiny 'teeth' around the Timer Dial are pushed OUTWARDS (towards the outside of the Dial).
If the teeth are all pushed inwards (as in the picture below), the Heater will NOT turn on.
Timer Dial Overview
Each of the tiny switches ('teeth') on the front
face of the Timer Dial represents a 15-minute
period of time. For example, the four 'teeth'
between '4' and '5' on the Timer Dial represent
the period between 4am and 5am.
Each of these 'teeth' can be pushed either
towards the centre of the Timer Dial or towards
the outside.
When a 'tooth' is nearer the centre of the
Timer Dial, the heater will not work for the
corresponding 15 minutes.
Conversely, when a 'tooth' is nearer the outside
of the Timer Dial, the heater will turn on for the corresponding 15 minutes.
So, there is always a visible indication of the 24-hour schedule that has been set.
Using the 24-hour Timer
1. Note the current time on your watch or clock.
2. Adjust the Timer Dial so that the Arrow lines up with the current time. For example, if it is
currently 4am, line up the Arrow with '4' (see picture).
3. Now, to set the 24-hour heating schedule:
a. For all periods you want the heater to turn ON and heat the room, push the
corresponding 'teeth' OUTWARDS
b. For all periods when you want the heater to turn OFF, push the corresponding
'teeth' INWARDS
4. Continue setting the On/Off schedule until you have set all the 'teeth' around the Timer Dial.
Your Heater is now ready for scheduled operation!
