PeTrack User Guide The PeTrack will help keep track of your pet on-demand with your mobile phone. There are various features, please take your time to follow through step by step to get familiar with your device and eventually you’ll become a pro. KEEP IN MIND 1. The PeTrack can be worn by your pet at all times. That said, the PeTrack is waterproof and dirt proof however it should not be submerged for long periods of time. Remember to close/seal the charging port with its rubber door and use the mini screw plugs provided.

2. The PeTrack is like a sophisticated cellular phone, you will now need a SIM card / cellular provider for this device in order for it to notify you of its whereabouts at any given time. This allows your PeTrack to send you text messages of its location.
For the first two charges, charge overnight to help condition the battery. REMEMBER: Once the PeTrack is fully charged you will see the Red LED turn off. Once disconnected from the charging cable, power cycle before using the PeTrack.
TURN ON/OFF On the back of the PeTrack are 3 LED’s you will not see them as they’re covered by the waterproof casing. Pay close attention to the back of the unit to help identify their location and the PeTrack’s state.
When the device is in low power, it will send an SMS alert to the notification phone number you configure on the PeTrack (not the PeTrack’s / SIM Card number, but your personal mobile phone number). To set this alert, please follow the steps below.
TRACKING WITH APPS There are two ways of tracking your pet using PeTrack Mobile Apps; you can either track through TBPT App (TALK/TEXT only) or i-Server App (TEXT/GPRS only). It all depends on your preference, need, and smartphone type.

SPECIAL NOTE: The App will dial the number of the SIM card in the PeTrack after taping “Refresh” and will just automatically hang up. Although there are some smartphones that do not automatically hang up, just manually hang up the call.

Make sure that the APN (Access Point Name) has been configured on the SIM card inserted in PeTrack and double check with the SIM card provider for the correct APN if you are not sure. Data plan should also be activated.

APN of the SIM card, consult the SIM card provider. Also, double check if data plan has been activated for the SIM card. 7. My PeTrack’s GPS location seems off and hasn’t updated in a while but my pet is moving around often.
