Pull out the paper tray
until it stops.
Use both hands to
slowly open the front
cover and the top
cover.
Pull out the jammed
paper carefully.

print cartridge to lift it.
Squeeze the clip on
the print cartridge, and
then insert it into the
printer until it stops.
