After a fall, the SWM RS 650 R 2016 may not start due to the following reasons:
1. Throttle, Brake, or Clutch Damage – The manual advises inspecting these components after a crash to ensure they are not damaged or stuck. 2. Disconnected or Damaged Electrical Components – The fall may have caused disconnections or damage to the ignition system, fuses, or wiring. 3. Fuel or Airflow Issues – The air filter intake or fuel system could be obstructed or misaligned. 4. Spark Plug Issues – The spark plug may have loosened or become fouled, preventing ignition. 5. Safety Features Activation – Some motorcycles have safety mechanisms that prevent starting after a crash.
A thorough inspection of these components is recommended before attempting to restart the motorcycle.

My rs 650r dropped onto left side touching gear shift lever and stand. Won’t display front panel and no power to ignition switch. Has power at back fuses
Tip switch has loose sound inside. Does ECU need rebooting.
Need help?
