HOW TO USE As with any refrigeration product, there is a slight temperature difference within the cellar cabinet. In this Wine Cellar, the lower shelves provide a slightly cooler temperature than the upper shelves. When storing both red and white wines, it is best to store the white wine on the lower shelves where the temperature is slightly cooler.
HELPFUL HINTS • After plugging in the Wine Cellar and making your temperature selection, allow the Wine Cellar to reach the set temperature before loading your wine. This process may take up to 12 hours to completely stabilize. • After loading your wine, you may notice an increase in the temperature. Allow enough time for the temperature to return back to your set temperature setting.

Power Failure Most power failures are corrected within a few hours and should not affect the temperature of your appliance if you minimize the number of times the door is opened. A gradual rise in temperature should not have any adverse effect on the wine.
