Hard drive data display

You can display the hard drive information.

Switch to the USB HOST mode.

Connect the USB hard drive.

Press [MENU].

Using [STOP] and [PLAY]and [STILL], select
"HDD" – "EXPLORE", and press [STILL].
The hard drive information is displayed.
With a TYPE S or P2 STORE hard drive

4. SIZE Total memory size of hard
drive
5. USED Amount of hard drive
memory used (unit: GB) and
area of P2 card used (unit:

6. REMAIN Remaining hard drive
memory (unit: GB)
7. Partition number Partition (unit equivalent to
one P2 card) number inside
hard drive
• Using [FF] and [REW], you can switch the display
between the list with the dates/times and the
names of the partitions given by the user.
• While the thumbnail display of the hard drive
is on the screen, press [MENU], and select
"OPERATION" – "CHANGE PARTITION NAME".
You can now give a name (consisting of up to 20
characters) to the partition.
