Pairing Your Device
Pairing is the set-up process to introduce your Bluetooth-capable device to
the iBT84. Once your device is paired, the iBT84 can recognize it and you can
play your audio through it.

5. If pairing is successful, 1 beep will sound and the Bluetooth status
indicator light will appear solid blue (in Color Mode, cabinet will flash
blue twice), indicating the iBT84 is ready to play music. There should
also be an indication on your device. If no device is successfully paired
within 3 minutes the iBT84 will default to previous mode. Once the
iBT84 is paired to a device, it will attempt to autolink when the device
is within range (about 33 feet).
1. Turn on your Bluetooth device and make it "discoverable"
by turning on Bluetooth mode (check in Options or
Settings).
2. Press and hold the Power On/Off Button for 2 seconds to
turn on the iBT84. The first time the unit is powered on, it
will enter auto-pairing mode and attempt to connect to a
Bluetooth device (see step 4). Otherwise, power on, then
follow step 3 to begin pairing.
3. Press and hold the Bluetooth/Speakerphone Button for 2
seconds. The iBT84 will beep and the Bluetooth status
indicator light on top of the unit will flash quickly.
If Color Mode is on, the cabinet lights will flash blue and
red.
4. "iHome iBT84" should appear in your device's Bluetooth
menu. If "Not Paired", "Not Connected" or similar
message appears, select "iHome iBT84" to connect it. If
prompted for a passcode, enter "1234" on your device's
keypad.

O iHome iBT84 está pareado com meu Cel, mais na está tocando, parado e ligado
Your iHome iBT84 may be connected to your phone but not playing sound due to the following reasons:
1. Weak Bluetooth Connection – If the connection is weak, the sound may not transmit properly. Try unpairing, restarting your device, and reconnecting.
2. Low Battery – If the speaker is not fully charged, it may not function correctly. Charge it for at least 4 hours until the charging indicator turns off.
3. Incorrect Pairing – Ensure the speaker is properly paired. The Bluetooth indicator should be solid blue, confirming a successful connection.
4. Volume Issues – Check if the volume on both the speaker and your phone is turned up.
5. Audio Source – Confirm that your phone is playing audio and that the output is set to "iHome iBT84."
6. Interference – Other wireless signals may interfere with the connection. Move your speaker and phone closer together and away from potential interference.
