Other use of the trimmer, not included in this manual, could damage the trimmer or seriously injure the operator and is therefore expressively excluded from the application range. -

POWXG2042 Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded. Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock. -

POWXG2042 Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc., in accordance with these instructions and in the manner intended for the particular type of power tool, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from intended could lead to a hazardous situation. -

POWXG2042 Disassembly: Remove the safety lock piece in the opposite way. Take off the shoulder strap. Never attach the strap diagonally across your shoulder and your breast, but rather place it on one of your shoulders. In this way you can remove the tool quickly from your body in case of danger. -

POWXG2042 Pass the blade lightly through the surface of the hedge. Do not attempt to cut too deep. Trim the top of the hedge. For older hedges that require cutting back substantially, use pruning shears to cut the thicker branches and then finish the job with the hedge trimmer. -

POWXG2042 12 WARRANTY This product is warranted for a 36-month period effective from the date of purchase by the first user. This warranty covers all material or production flaws excluding : batteries, chargers, defective parts subject to normal wear & tear such as bearings, brushes, cables, and plugs, or accessories such as drills, drill bits, saw blades, etc. -
