Dropped the remote for Comfort Furnace Model #: CF1500UV-PA, SN: 12000616. It is totally broken and inoperable. Any chance that I can buy/order another one? Thanks

Comfort furnace CF1500UV-WO my heater is not shutting down when it reaches set temperature. It does shut off. Can the thermostat be replaced?

    The added humidity that this introduces to the room will allow the Comfort Furnace Heater to more effectively heat your home. If using the heater in a room with a bare concrete floor, you should place the heater no less than 3 feet above the floor, and in a secure location where it will not fall.

    Maintenance Instructions The most important maintenance required for your heater is to clean the filter once a month. Clean more often in dirty or dusty places. Cleaning the Electrostatic Filter 1. Power the heater off by pressing the POWER button, located on the left side of the Control Panel.

    Detailed Operating Instructions Turning Power On 1. Press the POWER button on the left side of the Control Panel. The heater’s quartz heating elements will light up inside the heater. 2. After a few minutes, once the air within the heater is warm, the heater fan will begin to operate.

Turn the power off (heater must be powered off to use the timer feature, although you do not have to wait for the fan to stop as well).

A : The heater fan will continue to run after the unit is turned off, for approximately 4minutes, in order to cool down the inside of the heater. The heating elements heat the inside of the heater to between 180 and 200 degrees, thus it is important to let the heater cool down after use.
