Drain Samsung recommends a standpipe height of 46cm. The drain hose must be routed through the drain hose clip to the standpipe. The standpipe must be large enough to accept the outside diameter of the drain hose. Once you have activated the Child Lock function, the control panel cannot be activated, preventing children from playing with the washer. DETERGENT AND ADDITIVES INFORMATION Which detergent to use The type of detergent you should use is based on the type of fabric (cotton, synthetic, delicate items, wool), colour, wash temperature, and degree of soiling. Always use “low suds” laundry detergent, which is designed for automatic washing machines. Follow the detergent manufacturer’s recommendations based on the weight of the laundry, the degree of soiling, and the hardness of the water in your area. -
