If you leave the key in the ignition switch, someone could accidently start the engine and
seriously injure you or other bystanders.
Remove the key from the ignition and disconnect the wire from the spark plug before you do any
maintenance. Set the wire aside so that it does not accidentally contact the spark plug.

Maintenance Check Item
Check safety interlock operation.
Check brake operation.
Check engine oil and fuel level.
Check cooling system fluid level.
Drain the water/fuel separator.
Check the air filter restriction indicator.
Check the radiator, oil cooler and screen
for debris.
Clean traction pedal lockout
Check unusual engine noises.
Check unusual operating noises.
Check the hydraulic system oil level.
Check the hydraulic hoses for damage.
Check for fluid leaks.
Check the tire pressure.
Check instrument operation.
Check Warning lamps operation
Check the reel-to-bedknife adjustment.
Check the height-of-cut adjustment.
Lubricate all grease fittings.
Touch up damaged paint.

Check the glow plug and injector nozzles, if hard starting, excess smoke, or rough running is noted.

Immediately after every washing, regardless of the interval listed.
