Hi I need the Z100 home security system deactivated and removed. We bought this house and don’t use it. We had new windows put in and some wires were cut at the windows at install of windows.
Who do we call to get this system alarm system removed?

To deactivate and remove the MOOSE Z1100 home security system, follow these steps:
1. Power Down the System - Locate the power switch and slide it to the OFF position. - Disconnect the main power supply. - If the system has a backup battery, disconnect it as well.
2. Disarm the System (If Necessary) - If the system is armed, you may need the user or programming code to disarm it. - If the programming code is unknown, follow the reset procedure to restore the default code.
3. Disconnect Wires - Identify and disconnect all connected wires, including power, sensors, and alarms. - If removing the system permanently, make sure to label or cap off exposed wires safely.
4. Remove System Components - Unmount the control panel, keypads, motion detectors, and other components. - Carefully remove screws or mounting brackets.
5. Restore Electrical Connections (If Needed) - If any wiring was altered, ensure safe restoration or consult an electrician.
6. Dispose of Components - Dispose of electronic components properly according to local regulations.
Ensure that any security measures tied to the system (like monitoring services) are canceled if applicable.
