1.28 Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) Features

Conditions
• Capable telephone:
DPT: KX-T7600 series PT, USB module
IP-PT
• CTI application software must be installed on the connected PC. In addition, some features may require
a KX-TDA3920 SD Memory Card for Software Upgrade to Enhanced Version.
• When using an IP-GW4 card, the firmware (not LPR software) of the card must be version 1.400 or
later.
• Application Programming Interface (API)/Protocol
The following interfaces are required for First Party Call Control and Third Party Call Control:
First Party Call Control
Third Party Call Control
• The operating system of PC or CTI Server required for First Party Call Control or Third Party Call
Control depends on your CTI application software. For details, refer to the manual for your CTI
application software.
• Third Party Call Control cannot be performed when two or more CTI servers are connected to the PBX.
[IP-PT Call Control]
• A PC connected directly to an IP-PT cannot be used for First Party Call Control.
• IP-PTs do not support the use of PC Phone or PC Console software on a connected PC.
