Questions and answers
phone is reading calls for you and is no longer ringing on other phones. the message is on the main phone for the office
The Nortel T7316E phone may not be ringing on other phones and displaying calls only for you due to call logging and call display settings. Call Display information becomes available between the first and second ring, and Feature 811 (FTR 811) provides detailed call information. If call logging is enabled, it may be storing call details instead of ringing on multiple phones. Additionally, call forwarding or specific line assignments might be affecting ringing behavior.
