There is an LED above each Hard Disk bay – GREEN indicates a HDD is present in the bay, RED indicates the disk is in use (accessed).

11/29/2009 Recovering your PC If your home PC fails for any reason, ie HDD failure, VIRUS attack etc it is possible that with the Home you can easily recover not only your DATA, but an image of the whole PC HDD. This assumes that the PC that needs fixing was part of the Home Server PC group, and it has been backed up recently.
