Select the appropriate driver (i.e. srp500.inf for Windows98) and click OK. 7. The Install From Disk dialog box displays, click OK. 8. The Add Printer Wizard now displays with the SAMSUNG SRP-500 selected. Click Next. The printer driver files are now installed. -

Troubleshooting If you are connecting an SRP-500 to a specific software application for the first time, you may encounter printing differences from a printer model you are currently supporting. You can isolate the commands causing the print difference by comparing hex dumps from a working printer the printer with a problem print format. -

The Samsung SRP-500 StoreMaker utility converts true color images to 2-color images that are ready for use as logos by the Samsung SRP-500 printer. After conversion, the image’s color and value can be controlled to achieve the best results. In addition, the utility supports image printing, storing and downloads images to the SRP-500 flash ROM. -
