Refresh an Email Account
Whatever your automatic synchronization settings are, you can also synchronize your sent and
received email messages manually at any time.
While viewing the account you want to synchronize, swipe down.

Sort Email Messages
1. On the email account Inbox, tap More > Sort by.
2. Select from the options to sort email messages by date received, sender, read/unread,
attachments, or priority.
Delete an Email Message
1. On the email account Inbox, tap a message to open it.
2. Tap Delete
> Delete.
Delete Multiple Email Messages
1. On the email account Inbox, touch and hold a message to select it and display check boxes, and
then tap the check box next to the messages you want to delete.
2. Tap Delete
> Delete.
Priority Senders
Messages from priority senders automatically display at the top of your email Inbox. Emails from
priority senders display Priority sender
To add priority senders:
Messaging and Internet
in their subject line.
