Your Shark NV360 Series vacuum may not be working on carpet due to one or more of the following reasons:
1. The dust cup may be full—empty it. 2. There may be blockages in the hose or hose connections—check and clear them. 3. The filters may need cleaning—rinse and dry before reinserting. 4. The suction release valve may be open—close it to increase suction. 5. The vacuum may be set to "Suction Only" mode—ensure the brush roll is engaged.
Check these areas to restore proper vacuum function on carpets.
