Lock the adjustment screw in
position using screw lock
(part number: TX946400).

Assemble the main unit.

after repairs

• Adjustment is generally unnecessary after replacing other parts of the traverse unit. However, adjust if there is a noticeable
degradation in picture quality.
• Optical adjustments cannot be made inside the optical pickup.
• Adjustment is generally unnecessary after replacing the traverse unit.

Remove in the order
of top cover, tray
and clamper base.
With the power supply turned on:
1. Use the OPEN/CLOSE
button to close the tray.
2. Use the POWER button
to turn off the power.
3. Disconnect the power plug
from the outlet.
