Fault
The refrigerating unit
is switching on more
frequently and for
longer.
Appliance is not
cooling, temperature
display and light
are lit.
Water dispenser is not
functioning.
Water dispenser is not
functioning.
The "lock" and "on/
off" buttons flash.
Water dispenser is not
functioning.
The "lock" button is
still lit even after it has
been pressed for three
seconds.

Possible cause
Appliance opened
frequently.
The ventilation
openings have been
covered.
Showroom mode is
switched on.
Tap turned off.
Filter on the water
connection is dirty.
Water supply is
interrupted. Water
pressure too low.
Water has escaped
from the pipe system.
The integrated
AquaStop system has
interrupted the water
supply.
Appliance door is not
closed.
Remedial action
Do not open the appliance
unnecessarily.
Remove obstacles.
Hold down alarm button, Fig 2/5,
for 10 seconds until an
acknowledgement signal sounds.
After a short time check whether
your appliance is cooling.
Turn on tap.
Clean the filter.
Inform plumber.
Turn off the water supply and inform
customer service (see chapter
entitled "Alarm function").
Close appliance door properly.
