4. Disassembling the
(1) Remove the Controller [9]. (This step only applies to the Model M12VE.)
(2) Loosen the two Tapping Screws D4 x 16 [11] (or two Tapping Screws D4 x 12 <9> [for the Model M 12SE]),
and then remove the Mp Holder [12] (only for the Model M 12VE) and Bearing Bushing [13] <10>.
(3) Remove the Brush Terminals [33] <29> of the Stator Ass'y [34] <30> from the Brush holder.
(4) Pick up the Switch Holder [24] <21> with the Switch [26] <23> mounted from the Housing Ass'y [36]
<32>, loosen the screw fixing the switch terminal, and then remove the lead wires.
(5) Loosen and remove the two Hex. Hd. Tapping Screws D5 x 70 [35] <31>.
(6) Place the Housing Ass'y [36] <32> so that the end to be fitted to the End Bracket [45] <41> faces down,
and then lightly tap the end face with a wooden or plastic hammer to remove the Stator Ass'y [34] <30>
