If the burners are not firing on the ADP FSAN75 heater, the following sensors and components should be checked:
1. Spark Electrode: Verify the spark gap on the electrode and adjust it if necessary. The gap should be between 0.110” and 0.140” (2.79 mm to 3.56 mm). 2. Flame Sensor: Check the current signal at the FLAME terminal. It should read between 0.6 to 1.0 microamps. If it is below 0.6 microamps, it may indicate an issue. 3. Pressure Switch: Confirm that the combustion air pressure switch is functioning correctly. It must prove proper blower operation.
