I can not get my heater to work. The Check Lock button is enlivened.. and I cant get the heater to change to any other buttons. I think the heater is A dynamo.
To fix the Rinnai Avenger 25 heater when the Lock function is active and the heater won’t respond to other settings:
1. Press both the Up and Down buttons (button 13) simultaneously.
2. Hold them for 3 seconds.
3. The Lock indicator (29) will turn off, showing the Lock is deactivated.
Once deactivated, all controls will function normally.
