If the RPS Viper 150 Dirt Bike has spark and compression but does not start, the issue is likely related to the fuel system. Possible reasons include:

1. Empty or Insufficient Fuel – Ensure there is enough fuel in the tank.
2. Fuel Valve Not in ON Position – Check that the fuel valve is set to "ON."
3. Clogged Fuel System – Inspect for blockages in the fuel line, carburetor, or fuel filter.
4. Carburetor Not Receiving Fuel – Loosen the drain screw under the carburetor to check if fuel is reaching it.
5. Dirty or Faulty Carburetor – Clean or adjust the carburetor if necessary.
6. Choke Malfunction – Ensure the choke is functioning properly for cold starts.
7. Air Filter Blockage – Check and clean the air filter if it is dirty or clogged.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, further inspection of the carburetor or fuel delivery system may be needed.
