step 1 you will need remove contents from box box cutter - place box long side down - use box cutter to carefully cut ties - three packed bundles should be in box with everything shown on page 1 & 2 important: if there is anything missing or damaged from you box... - Page 6 2 place spring bar on frame - locate spring bar in box and gears on reformer frame - place spring bar in preferred gear with hooks facing away from the footbar...
- Page 7 3 place carriage on reformer - locate carriage and reformer rails - place carriage on reformer rails with carriage springs facing the spring bar - hook carriage springs to spring bar - feed leather straps through wheel glides - hook leather straps to handles...
- Page 8 - make sure your spring bar is in the gear you want - if needed, add the gear blocks to your liking - set up reformer box to your liking - enjoy your Gratz Reformer...
