4.5 Luggage rack
The standard series of your bicycle model is not equipped with a
luggage rack, the CHARGER of your A2B, however, has a slot for
a luggage rack adaptor of Rack-Time. This adaptor may be ordered
by your A2B specialist dealer using the order no. 625450098300
and installed on the bicycle. This adaptor enables you to install
various options of luggage transport by Rack-Time. You may
choose either luggage baskets or a range of saddle bag solutions.
Alternatively, you may use the base plate and a standard luggage
rack of Racktime only. Please ask your A2B specialist dealer for
information on the various options and the best solution for your
needs. No matter which solution you choose, please observe the
following when transporting your luggage:
1. Your A2B's battery is equipped with an integrated LED rear
light. When driving at dusk or in the dark, please ensure that
your luggage is fixed in such a way that the rear light is neither
covered completely nor in part, since this involves a high risk of
not being noticed by other road users.
2. Make sure the luggage is safely attached on the luggage
rack and cannot fall down during the ride. Ensure that loose
tightening straps or other objects cannot get into the spokes
during the ride.
3. Observe the permitted maximum load of the vehicle's rear of
25 kg additionally with respect to the standard equipment.
Do not overload the luggage rack.

4. This vehicle is not designed or released for transporting a
second passenger, a child in a fitted children's seat or for pulling
a trailer.
5. The permitted total weight of your A2B must not be exceeded.
The permitted maximum total weight is indicated in the
specification.
6. Distribute the weight of your luggage or the objects to be
transported equally on both sides of the luggage rack.
7. Please remember that luggage or other loads present on the
luggage rack alter the handling of your A2B. This applies in
particular to steering and braking response.
Noncompliance with these notes may lead to severe or even
fatail injuries and/or material damage.
