FAST FORWARD/REVERSE

Press the FWD
during playback.

For DVD's, fast forward or reverse search speed is
different depending on the disc.Approximate speed
is 1(x2), 2(x8), 3(x50), and 4(x100). In case of
DVD's, the sound will mute.
¡
For audio CD's, the approximate speed is x16.
¡
For MP3, the approximate speed is x8.

Press the PLAY button to return to normal

Set "STILL MODE" to "FIELD" in the "Display"
menu if pictures in the pause mode are blurred.

SLOW MOTION

Press FWD g or REV h repeatedly to select the
required speed.

Slow forward or reverse speed is different
depending on the disc. Approximate speed is
1(1/16), 2(1/8), and 3(1/2).

STARTING FROM A DESIRED

Press the Numeric buttons to enter the
desired track number.
¡
The selected track will be located, and playback will start.
You can also press the SEARCH
MODE button, by using the Numeric
buttons
to
number.When the track number is entered in the entry box,
playback of the desired track will start automatically.

During play, a desired track can be directly searched.
To do so enter the TRACK number with the Numeric

buttons.

If the entered TRACK number is not available, the
"disable" symbol appears and the direct search mode

is cancelled.
TRICKS WITH THE SKIP BUTTONS

If the SKIP button G is pressed during playback or
while playback is paused, the current track will be
skipped and the next track will be played. When the
SKIP button H is pressed once, the top of the
current track will be located for replaying. When the
SKIP button H is pressed again within 2-seconds
after playback begins, the previous track will be located.
PLAYING FROM A DESIRED
TITLE OR CHAPTER

Press the SEARCH MODE button and then press
the Numeric buttons to select a title or a chapter.

During playback, press the
Numeric buttons to select a
Chapter. The Chapter will be
located and playback will start.
¡
When playback is stopped, press the Numeric
buttons to select a Title. The Title will be located and
playback will start.
Notes
¡
Playback from a desired title or chapter is not
available with some DVDs.
¡
Some discs in which the chapter number isn't
displayed, can not playback from a desired chapter.
TRICKS WITH THE SKIP BUTTONS (H, G)
If the SKIP button G is pressed during playback or
while playback is paused, the current chapter will be
skipped and the next chapter will be played. When
the SKIP button H is pressed once, the top of the
current chapter will be located for replaying. When
the SKIP button H is pressed again within
2-seconds after playback begins, the previous
chapter will be located.
