    Lateral Thigh Training Program Stretching Exercises Always warm-up by doing walking or marching exercises prior to starting your Lateral Thigh Trainer workout. Then after your workout, make sure you do gentle stretching moves to help you gain greater flexibility and reduce any soreness in your muscles the following day.
