Touch sounds: Play tones when you tap or touch the screen to make selections.
Haptic feedback: Set the phone to vibrate when you tap the Recent Apps key and Back
keys, and for certain screen touches.
Emergency tone: Play a tone or have your phone vibrate, periodically during an
emergency call.
Samsung keyboard: Play sounds and enable vibrations when you tap keys on the
Samsung keyboard.
Samsung applications: Configure options for sound used in the Call app, Messages
app, Email app, and Calendar app.
Do not disturb: Mute all calls and alerts, except for your selected exceptions:
Allow exceptions: Select which alarms, calls, messages, contacts, events and
reminders can interrupt when Do not disturb mode is enabled.
Set schedule: Turn Do not disturb mode on and off automatically at scheduled times.
Days: Schedule which days to enable Do not disturb mode when Scheduling is enabled.
Start time: Schedule when to start Do not disturb mode when Scheduling is enabled.
End time: Schedule when to end Do not disturb mode when Scheduling is enabled.
Notifications on lock screen: Set whether to show or hide sensitive content and
notifications when the phone is locked.
Application notifications: Set notification options for all applications and services (if
available).
Notification access: Select which applications is allowed to read aloud notifications, which
may include personal information.
Adapt sound: Follow the prompts to configure the best sound for you during calls and while
playing music.

Display Settings

Configure settings for your phone's display.
1. From home, tap
2. Set display options:
Brightness: Adjust the screen brightness to suit your surroundings or to your personal
preference. You may also want to adjust screen brightness to conserve battery power.
Screen timeout: Choose how long the display screen remains lit after you touch the screen
or press any key.
