XHCI Hand-off [Enabled]

Use the XHCI Hand-off BIOS option to enable or disable XHCI hand-off support. This
option is a workaround for OS without XHCI hand-off support. The XHCI ownership
change should be claimed by XHCI driver.


enabled in order to support USB 3.0.

