Cleaning Filter

When Filter becomes extremely dirty, you can wash it by hand.
• Rinse Dust Cup Filter with cold water and ALLOW IT TO AIR DRy
s COMPLETELY.
Do not use a washing machine to clean Dust Cup filter. Do not use a
hair dryer to dry the filter. AIR DRy ONly.
• Insert Filter in the Dust Cup.
*ImPORTANT* NEVER use the mINI HERO VACUUm without a filter in place.
• Match up rounded cutout on Dust Cup with the Dust Cup Release
and snap Cup in place.
Issues
Hand Vacuum will not operate.
Hand Vacuum will not pick up, or
suction power is weak.
Dust escaping from Hand Vacuum.
Hand Vacuum brushes will not
pick up.
Possible Causes
No power coming from
electrical outlet.
Unit needs servicing.
Dust Cup is full.
Dust Cup filter needs cleaning.
Dust Cup is full.
Dust Cup filter installed
incorrectly.
There is a hole in Dust Cup filter.
Dust Cup is full.
Attachment may be clogged.

Solutions
Check fuse or breaker, and replace fuse or reset
breaker if needed.
Send/take appliance to an authorized service center.
Empty Dust Cup (see above).
Remove Dust Cup filter and check for object(s) in air
duct and remove.
Empty Dust Cup (see above).
Review Dust Cup instructions (see above)
Replace Dust Cup filter.
Empty Dust Cup (see above).
Unclog attachment.
