If the Gazelle Edge won't turn on after changing the battery, check the following:

1. Battery Installation – Ensure the battery is properly installed with the positive end connecting to the housing post.
2. Battery Condition – Replace the battery if it is dead or weak, as this can affect the unit.
3. Wiring Issues – Inspect the wiring inside the housing and handgrips for any cuts or pinches.
4. Magnet Cluster – Verify that the magnet cluster is properly affixed.
5. Reset the Unit – Remove the batteries, wait 15 seconds, and reinstall them to reset all functional values.

If issues persist after these steps, further troubleshooting may be needed.
