The Sprada Future boiler may display an open door sign even when the door is shut due to one of the following reasons:
1. Faulty Door Sensor – The sensor that detects whether the door is closed may be malfunctioning or misaligned, preventing it from properly registering the closed position.
2. Obstruction or Misalignment – The door may not be fully closed or properly aligned, causing the sensor to remain in the open position.
3. Dirt or Debris – Dust, coffee grounds, or other debris on the sensor or door mechanism could interfere with proper operation.
4. Electrical Issue – A loose wire or connection within the sensor circuit may prevent the signal from reaching the control board.
5. Software Glitch – A system error or glitch in the control software may cause the boiler to incorrectly register the door status.
### Troubleshooting Steps: - Ensure the door is firmly closed and properly seated. - Clean the sensor and door area to remove any dirt or obstructions. - Check for visible damage or misalignment in the door mechanism. - Power off the machine, wait a few minutes, and restart it. - If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support for further diagnosis or replacement of the sensor.
