    Troubleshooting If you run into any problems using the printer, use the lollowing guidance to solve the problem. If the problem persists, consult your Sony dealer. • P0wer/Charging Cannot turn on the printer. • Check whether the AC power cord is properly connected to an AC outlet.

To change the ink ribbon, stop printing, and replace the ink ribbon, then resume printing.
