The power management utility diskette contains the files OFFH.COM and
OFFH.SCR which allows the user to set the idle time required before the
monitor goes into the power saving mode. It allows two levels of power
saving defined as follows:

8.1. Using Power Management under DOS
The interval required to enter Level 1 and Level 2 of power saving may be
set in either of two ways:
through the Power Management Utility menu

directly through the DOS command prompt

To use the Power Management Utility menu, type OFFH at the DOS
command prompt. The following menu appears:
Please enter the time interval required to enter
level 1 and level 2 of power saving. Time interval
for level 2 should be longer than level 1.
