10.10 Replacing a Contactor

Procedure
Step 1 Open the door of the electric control box.
Step 2 Tap Shutdown on the home screen of the display module.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the
controller home screen.
Step 3 Turn off the active and standby power switches.
Step 4 Press the snap ring of the faulty contactor using a flat-head insulated torque
screwdriver and pull the contactor outwards to remove it.

Step 5 Install the new contactor. Clamp the clip at the lower side of the new contactor to
the guide rail, push the contactor upwards, and press the contactor inwards.

A contactor needs to be replaced.
A spare contactor of the same model is available and functional.
Tools: Phillips insulated torque screwdriver, flat-head insulated torque
screwdriver
