Fault
The swivel arm cannot
be opened or closed
because the tool is
jammed in the bowl.
The beating whisk
does not touch the
bowl or the ingredi-
ents are not mixed
properly.
Cause and troubleshooting
Drive is not in the parked position.
Set the rotary switch to

When the swivel arm is open, remove the tool and

close the swivel arm.
Set the rotary switch briefly to and then back to
3.
a The drive remains on for a short time until the
parked position is reached.
The distance to the bowl is not set correctly.
Correct the fine adjustment of the beating whisk.
