Frequency range: 10 Hz to 10 MHz in 6 bands.
Frequency accuracy:
100 Hz (on X100 RANGE) to 5 MHz: +/-2%

Level flatness(+10 dBm and 0 dBm): +/-0.5% referenced
to level at 1 kHz from 10 Hz to 10 MHz for un-
balanced outputs, 10 Hz to 5 MHz for 135 ohm and

output.

10 Hz to 1 MHz: greater than 40 dB below funda-
mental.
1 MHz to 10 MHz: greater than 34 dB below funda-
mental.
Hum and noise: greater than 70 dB down at full output.
