Adjusting the volume | Sound
f Turn the volume control 1 counterclock-
wise or clockwise to set the power-on
volume to between 0 and 32.
To close the menu,
f press the MENU 5 button, repeatedly if
necessary.

Adjusting the treble (TREB), middle
(MID) and bass (BASS)
f Press the AUD 9 button to open the
menu.
f Press the AUD 9 button repeatedly until
"BASS", "MID" or "TREB" appears on the
display along with the current setting.
f Turn the volume control 1 counterclock-
wise or clockwise to set bass, middle or
treble level to between +7 and -7.
To close the menu,
f press the AUD 9 button, repeatedly if
necessary.
Adjusting the left/right volume
balance (BAL) and the front/rear
balance (FAD)
f Press the AUD 9 button to open the
menu.
f Press the AUD 9 button repeatedly until
"BAL" or "FAD" appears on the display
along with the current setting.
f Turn the volume control 1 counterclock-
wise or clockwise to set the volume
balance to between +10 and -10.
To close the menu,
f press the AUD 9 button, repeatedly if
necessary.
Switching the loudness (LD) on/off
f Press the AUD 9 button to open the
menu.
f Press the AUD 9 button repeatedly until
"LD" appears on the display along with the
current setting, "ON" or "OFF".
