2. Software
The Host Machine must recognize the imagePRESS Server correctly.
"COPIER > OPTION > INT-FACE > CNT-TYPE > xxx"
will change from 0 to 3 "4xx" digits if recognized correctly.
If the process shown in the flowchart below is not completed, the imagePRESS Server will not become "Reach Idle".
Set "Service Mode > COPIER > OPTION > INT-FACE > IMG-CONT" to "3"
and Restart Host Machine.
Print server ID for imagePRESS Servewr in
"Service Mode > COPIER > OPTION > INT-FACE > CNT-TYPE".
imagePRESS Server recognizes Host Machine.
NOTE:
Reach Idle takes more than 30 minutes.
3. Services Switchboard
Both DIP switches are in the OFF position (lower).
Start of installation
Restart the Host Machine manually
(also restart imgaPRESS Server))
Is Host Machine recognized by
imagePRESS Server the same as
the expected model?
Yes
Normal startup complete
Host Machine that assumes
