The MEMory:COMMent command writes a comment into the comment column of
the specified file in the internal memory of the waveform generator. The
MEMory:COMMent? query returns comments in the comment column of the
specified file. A comment cannot be written to a file that is locked using the
MEMory:LOCk command.
