    First-time Operation Inserting the Battery Pack A Slide the latch (A) to the arrow direction. B Slide the latch (A) down to unlock the cover. C Open the cover. D Insert the battery pack until it securely fits the connector. E Close the cover until it clicks.
  • Page 29 Open the display A Push the top of the latch (C) to release it. B Hold the side/handle of the computer with either of your hands and then lift up the display to open. Connect your computer to a power outlet A Connect the power cord and AC adaptor.

    Setup Windows Select language and click [Yes]. Follow the on-screen instructions. l The computer restarts several times. Do not touch the keyboard, touchpad or touchscreen <only for model with touchscreen>, and wait until the drive indicator turned off. l After the computer is turned on, the screen remains black or unchanged for a while, but this is not a malfunction.
