4.18.3. Adjustment after Servo Amplifier Replacement

Note:
 After the servo amplifier replacement, make sure to perform the re-start operation three times or
more. If not, the beam run away and might jump.
 Make sure to save the device system data in NT100 before the operation.
(1) Back up (save) the device system data in NT100.
(2) Select the XY beam home position teaching.
(3) Press the "Ready" button and turn off the load power. Then, open the gullwing cover.
(4) Adjust the beam position manually based on the following figure.
Note:
Make sure to adjust the beam position to establish a position in relation to the figure. If the position in
relation is not correct and teaching is performed, the beam might hit a component around it.
The home position of the XY axis is the same regardless of front or rear. Move both beams to the
specified positions and perform the teaching operation.

Set the Y-axis 12mm apart from the mechanical
stopper (made of urethane).
Set the X-axis to the position where it touches the mechanical
stopper (made of urethane).
