Ingredient Inventory
A menu-explosion type inventory system is set up when PLUs are linked to a recipe#. Select
Ingredient Inventory to maintain recipe files and ingredient lists.
Edit Ingredient
1. Choose the Edit ECR Data menu, then select P-Mode Programming menu to open the
P-Mode Programming menu. Select Ingredient Inventory, then select Edit Ingredient
to display the Ingredient Program screen for the selected store file.
2. Use the scroll box at the right of the screen to find the field you wish to program.
3. Edit fields as necessary by moving your mouse pointer to the field you wish to edit.
Double click on the field, then enter new data.
4. Click Exit to save changes.
