  • Page 48 All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com P5000S/P7000S 6.4 故障箇所の修理具体例 2 次側出力電圧が、すべて出力されない。 下記の部品をチェックして、指示に従って下さい。 R416,R451(6.8 Ω 5 W)の抵抗値 オープンしていれば交換して下さい。 Q406,Q407 C-E 間の抵抗値 ショートまたは、抵抗値が低下(数Ω 程度)していれば、その部品を外してください。 その場合、IC402 が壊れていますので交換してください。 R420 、R421 の抵抗値 10 Ω の抵抗値であるか確認してください。 オープンまたは、抵抗値が増大していれば外して下さい。 R419 の抵抗値 4.7 Ω の抵抗値であるか確認してください。 オープンまたは、抵抗値が増大していれば外して下さい。 R429,R430 の抵抗値 オープンまたは、抵抗値が増大していれば、その部品を外して下さい。 F401 の確認 F401 の抵抗値（断線等）を確認してください。u の試験が終わるまで取付けないでください。 IC402 の発振波形 交流電圧を確認してください。 【注意】測定機器のアース・3 芯電源コードのアースは、接続しないで下さい。 接続した状態で波形を観測すると部品が破壊する恐れがあります。 q 〜 u の作業が終了後、IC402 の 1 番ピン(LO)と 2 番ピン(COM)間の波形をオシロスコープ で観測します。約 70KHz の矩形波(0-15V)であれば問題ありません。...
